Introducing the new Real Street Billet Steel Main Caps for the 2JZ. Our main caps are held to tighter tolerances than others on the market and as such require less machine time at the machine shop which can leave a savings of both time and money.
The factory main caps in the 2JZ do an excellent job but as you increase the power the engines make, the billet caps become an increasingly good idea as they have more material to deal with the abuse that the crankshaft is putting on them. This is a wise upgrade for anyone looking to competitively race their vehicle at a high level, and added insurance for the weekend warrior.
All aftermarket main caps (even OEM main caps from another stock engine) require align boring after installation.
