Returns, Warranty, Delivery & Pick-Up Policy
Change of Mind & Return Policy
You do not have the right to return a product in the following cases:

You have changed your mind.

You ordered the wrong product.

You found the product cheaper elsewhere.

The item was sold as a clearance or reduced product.

The product has been misused or damaged by improper use.

The product has issues due to normal wear and tear.
Important: Please contact us before attempting to return any goods. Warranty terms vary depending on the item, and not all products are eligible for return.
Warranty Claims
We will always try to resolve warranty claims as quickly as possible, but delays can occur depending on the nature of the issue or manufacturer response times.

Some items may need to be returned to the supplier for inspection. Tuners Edge is not authorized to repair or replace all products in-house.

You may be responsible for freight and/or repair charges, depending on the issue and warranty conditions.

In some cases, we may be able to assist with troubleshooting over the phone or conduct simple repairs in-store to help avoid delays and unnecessary charges.

All product prices shown on the website include GST but exclude shipping costs.

Delivery & Pick-Up Policy – Tuners Edge
Website Delivery Orders
Please be advised that once your order has been collected by the courier and leaves the Tuners Edge premises, we are no longer responsible for the following:

Damaged parts/items within the box/es

Missing parts/items within the box/es

Missing parcels/boxes

Delayed delivery of parcels/boxes
By selecting the delivery option, you accept full responsibility for the shipment once it leaves our store. We highly recommend purchasing additional insurance or coverage through the courier service to protect your order against potential loss or damage during transit.
If issues arise with your delivery, please contact the courier company directly using your provided tracking number. Unfortunately, Tuners Edge does not offer refunds, replacements, or compensation for any lost or damaged goods once the order has been dispatched.
Online Order Pick-Ups
For all in-store pick-ups:

Only the person named on the order is authorized to collect the items. No exceptions.

A valid photo ID matching the order name must be presented at the time of pick-up.

We may take a copy of your ID to verify and document the collection for security and record-keeping purposes.
