While our direct replacement high flow cat section has been extremely popular over the last few years, the new 4" Dump Pipe, Cat section and Y piece is deisgned for those that want to take power to the next level. Perfect for those chasing over 350rwkw and running upgraded Turbos (GTX, GTW, Precision etc)Our 4" Dump retains its diameter to the end flange and then connects to our High Flow Cat Section which has a 4" Inlet and 3.5" Outlet. From the cat it flows into our Twin 2.5" Y Piece, allowing it to connect to the standard exhaust, our catback or any other exhaust system advertised as a catback.The High Flow cat section utilises our largest 5" Diameter 100CPSI Stainless Metal Core Substrate. The substrate, as well as being welded to the casing, is also welded along the inner edges for extra strength, helping to prevent the substrate from shifting under extreme heat. How does the Venom Dump and Cat perform? JSI AUTOMOTIVE FG F6The JSI Automotive FG F6 Ute was the car we first fit the prototype on to test and perfect the product. Stock standard on the dyno the car made 265rwkw. With the dump and cat fitted along with a custom tune as the only mods the ute made 319rwkw.From there the factory GT3582 turbo was removed and the wastegate was ported and fitted with a larger flapper to help control boost, as well as a Turbosmart actuator. The stock compressor wheel was replaced with a more effecient billet wheel, still utilising the standard 3" comp cover. ID 1000s and an E85 capable fuel system were added. These mods netted 410rwkw on E85......stock intercooler, stock catback and stock position intake.From there the wick was turned up further with the addition of a Process West Turbo Side Intake, Process West Stage 1 Intercooler Kit and our Twin 2.5" Catback. 19 psi in the top end saw 460rwkw on E85 *With a revision to the tune it has now made 476rwkw at 20psi*
STEALTH G6ET
This G6ET is a wolf in sheeps clothing. Still using the standard GT3576 "baby" turbo.....this Falcon knocks the quarter down in 11.06 seconds at 124mph. It's tuned on E85 running our 4" Dump/Cat Combo and twin 2.5" system, along with injectors, larger intank pump, stepped intercooler, valve springs and an xr8 airbox. Great result for basic mods on the stock Turbo.
