After testing the factory intercooler setup on the NP300 it became quickly evident that the intercooler was underrated for the performance of the YS23DDTT motor.
We set out to build a noninvasive, direct-fit intercooler with a HUGE capacity and no cutting or drilling.
What we developed has resulted in a direct bolt-on kit with no irreversible modifications at all needed.
HPD has developed a charge pipe adaptor with a dual seal to eliminate any leaking issues that have become a hallmark of the factory intercooler system.
