Albins manufactures a large range of gearsets to suit various applications.
Many of these sets are manufactured using Albins gear profile grinding
technique which delivers a perfect tooth profile after heat treatment.
Increased reliability, reduced noise and reduced gear pitting are distinct
advantages when fitting Albins kits manufactured via gear profile grinding.
Isotropic finishing is available as standard on R35 GTR gearsets and
available as an option on other products. Anti-fatigue shot peening
treatment is standard on all Albins products.
Albins gearsets are manufactured using steel from our on-site steel store
that is stocked with our own proprietary grade of steel.
